Please note: The State of NJ has yet to provide us with a clean copy of our current contract. Council has composed the following files based on the prior contract (2019-2023) and the draft contract language provided by the state for the latest contract (2023-2027). These files are still labeled as drafts while Council addresses a few minor wording issues with the State.
