NJ AFT contracts were ratified by our members on December 18, 2023 with the full-time agreement receiving 98.5% of votes in favor.

The state increased allocations for four-year public colleges, but, our demands for identifying an additional 192 positions were not included.

On March 8 the TCNJ AFT hosted a Legislative Breakfast to advocate for increased state financial support.
